Free, so there’s nothing to refund. That’s the point.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan and it isn’t working out, email us within 30 days of the charge and we’ll refund it — no form, no call, no guilt trip. After 30 days, we’ll cancel future billing immediately.

Per-transaction fees

Fees on online payments fund the payment processing itself, so they generally aren’t refundable — except when a payment is refunded to your client in full, in which case the fee follows Stripe’s refund rules.
