Creating and downloading invoices is free and doesn’t require an account. Use it for any lawful business purpose. We may update or change the service as it evolves.
If you enable online payments, transactions are processed by Stripe and a per-transaction fee applies — always shown to you before you send. Payouts follow Stripe’s schedule.
Your invoices are yours. We claim no rights over their contents, and you’re responsible for what they say — including tax treatment, which varies by where you do business.
BillTo is provided as-is, without warranties. We’re not liable for indirect damages or for disputes between you and your clients. Don’t use the service to do anything illegal, deceptive, or abusive — we can suspend access for that.
